1. Introduction
Welcome to ANTHROPOS. By accessing our website or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services
ANTHROPOS aims to connect customers with local helpers for everyday tasks. Service availability depends on location, the type of task, helper availability, and operational requirements.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a helper will be available or that a booking has been confirmed.
3. Booking Confirmation
Customers must provide accurate contact details, service location, task requirements, and preferred timing.
A booking is confirmed only after ANTHROPOS communicates acceptance of the request, the applicable charges, and the agreed service details.
4. Pricing and Payment
Applicable charges will be communicated before a booking is confirmed. Customers should clarify any additional charges before authorizing extra work.
Payment methods, payment timing, cancellation charges, and any applicable refund terms will be communicated during the booking process.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Customers should notify ANTHROPOS as early as possible if they need to cancel or change a booking.
Any applicable cancellation charges or refund arrangements will be communicated before confirmation. Changes depend on availability and may require a revised quotation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
-
Provide accurate information about the requested task.
-
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.
-
Explain relevant task requirements and potential hazards.
-
Treat helpers respectfully.
-
Pay agreed charges according to the communicated payment terms.
Â
7. Helpers and Service Delivery
ANTHROPOS coordinates service requests with suitable helpers, subject to availability and applicable checks.
The exact scope of our role, the helper's responsibilities, and any applicable service guarantees will be communicated as appropriate. Do not assume that every helper or service has completed the same checks or carries the same insurance coverage.
Â
8. Service Facilitation and Role of ANTHROPOS
ANTHROPOS operates as a service-coordination platform that connects customers seeking assistance with independent helpers who may be available to perform the requested tasks. Our role is to facilitate communication, coordinate service requests, and assist with bookings, as applicable.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, ANTHROPOS does not directly perform the requested tasks and does not act as the employer, supervisor, or guarantor of every helper's conduct or performance. A booking request does not constitute a guarantee of service availability, quality, safety, or outcome.
Â
9. Responsibility of Customers and Helpers
Customers and helpers are responsible for their own actions, conduct, decisions, and compliance with applicable laws. Customers must provide accurate information, communicate task requirements and relevant safety risks, and treat helpers respectfully. Helpers are responsible for performing accepted tasks lawfully, safely, honestly, and with reasonable care.
Â
10. Incidents, Losses and Disputes
ANTHROPOS is not automatically responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, property damage, misconduct, negligence, disputes, or other incidents arising from the independent actions or omissions of a customer or helper, or from the performance of a task outside ANTHROPOS's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANTHROPOS excludes liability for losses arising from acts or omissions of customers or helpers that are outside its reasonable control. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any liability arising from ANTHROPOS's own acts or omissions where it cannot legally be excluded.
11. Reporting and Assistance
Customers and helpers should promptly report serious incidents, suspected misconduct, safety concerns, or disputes to ANTHROPOS through its official contact channels. ANTHROPOS may review the report and, where appropriate, assist with communication or coordination. Such assistance does not constitute a guarantee of a particular outcome or replace contacting emergency services or the relevant authorities when necessary.
